One Year Internship Program in Visual Sociology & Photography Storytelling (Full Time)
A one-year duration in photontology is about communicating through culture, variation, and the pro-expression sphere. We believe more in the roots of culture than in following a trend. Lens-based art allows each individual to embrace a diverse range of photographic ideas, approaches, and self-development. The creative practice encompasses not only students, but also encourages them to explore and define their own goals. This includes addressing their own challenges in situating their work within the broader context of the Indian cultural system of art, aesthetics, theme, sociopolitical, and psychological use of images.
This 12-month nature-based educational program features an accelerated investigation into history—atmospheric, contemporary, sociological commentary, and individual stories—through practice-based studio, fieldwork, and creative freedom. Photontology believes in behavior more than technology. We employ a rapid trial-and-error process, allowing students to engage in learning, unlearning, and relearning. Through deep and in-depth one-to-one interaction and critical art history, students can explore new avenues that spark their curiosity and passions, such as non-traditional storytelling photography, documentaries, narration, all of which can infuse their souls. The vision and skills build a foundation for ongoing, meaningful, content-driven, and collective practice.
As students or artists, you will first learn about the value of human emotions and communication as a tool for human development. Therefore, each subject has a nonverbal communication matrix through which you can see, say, outside of narcosis dysfunction, and at that point, it becomes a thought on individual respect, in which photography and photographer are similarly grown together. Photontology instructs various artistic approaches, such as art movements, exhibitions, design, creation, curation of visual art, and multi-disciplinary methods, to engage in constructive criticism rather than relying solely on bookish knowledge. In this program, the content is equally communicative and has a far deeper meaning than it has in regular usage. A true photograph possesses a universal quality that transcends each student's immediate involvement in constructing and taking indicative-based project decisions. We examine, discuss different field of artists such as Arnold Newman, Diane Arbus, Edward Weston, David Campany, as well as literary works. Students use their photographic ideas to execute specific skill-based experiments such as film photography, darkroom, handmade art, travel reporting, ethnographic storytelling, photo voice, mixed  method of digital and analog, and cinema review writing.
You will create photographic portfolios, artistic collections, and exhibitions with the aim of facilitating a career in photography or pursuing advanced studies in the field. The primary objective of the critical practice component of this year-long program is to provide you with the chance to actively participate in and create a significant body of work and research in the field of photography or a related area of practice. This work will be founded on the concepts and technology of Visual Communication. You will engage in proposing and negotiating with mentors to select an individual topic of study. This decision will allow you to explore many interests such as history, theories, conceptual art, commercial art, experimental art, abstract expressionism, storytelling, and design-based intertextuality. The Photography Research Subject component of this module is designed to equip you with research abilities that will be beneficial for your work. Graduates are frequently required to articulate thoughts and judgments in written form, and this component will also facilitate your advancement to postgraduate study and research.

We have no interest in traditional forms of education that focus on attendance and written examinations. Informally discovering one's identity is a method of learning.

3 Months Internship Program in Film Photography
This course of study falls under the emerging and marginalized fields of inquiry and self-reflective artistic expression. Artists will revolutionize their approach, techniques, and medium of narrative by transitioning to the 35mm Black & White (Achromatic, not Monochromatic) film photography. Students will discover a concealed treasury of options that surpass the traditional repetition of society's excessive digitization of the visual sense. By engaging in this practice, every artist will have ample opportunity to thoroughly observe, physically interact with, emotionally connect to, and personally encounter the rich legacy of photography. Photontology offers all the essential materials and support required for the whole three-month term of their film photography program. Students are only required to bring their integrity. We will provide all other necessary items, including film, lighting, camera, darkroom setup, prints, and any further needs.
